BASIC tank ring for the KTM 890 Adventure from 2021 to 2022

The black, model-specific tank ring provides the mounting point for a Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag on the 2021 to 2022 KTM 890 Adventure.

Complete matching mounting kit

The tank ring and tank bag retaining plate are supplied as a complete product. The retaining plate can be attached to the tank bag to suit the tank shape and steering lock. It is already included; only a compatible BASIC tank bag is additionally required.

Locking and releasing

When fitted, the tank bag audibly engages in the fully mechanical lock. To remove it, the lock is released using the strap at the front of the bag. The fuel cap remains accessible after the ring has been fitted.

The retaining plate and ring must both come from the BASIC system; Lock-it versions are not compatible. When installed as intended, neither ABE approval nor registration is required.
