Touring windscreen for the BMW R 1200 GS

The WRS touring windscreen provides the 2004–2012 BMW R 1200 GS with wind protection tailored to longer journeys. Its carefully developed profile directs airflow over the helmet and shoulders, helping to provide a calmer ride for both rider and passenger.

Touring comfort and material

The screen is made from premium DOT626-tested PMMA plexiglass with a thickness of 4 mm. Its folds and contours are designed to reduce disruptive air turbulence around the head and shoulders. At the same time, the windscreen blends harmoniously with the BMW's lines.

Installation

The separately available WRS BM204A support frame is required for correct installation on the standard BMW R 1200 GS. Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.
