Caponord windscreen for BMW R 1200 GS (2004–2012)

The Caponord windscreen features a touring-oriented shape for noticeably greater protection from airflow and turbulence. It is made specifically for the 2004 to 2012 BMW R 1200 GS and is available in clear and tinted versions.

Greater protection on longer journeys

The Caponord shape reduces disruptive turbulence around the helmet and keeps more of the oncoming airflow away from the shoulders. This extended wind protection enhances touring comfort for both rider and passenger.

• Material thickness: 4 mm
• DOT626 marked
• Tinted, product code BM006F
• Clear, product code BM006T

The clear option blends discreetly into the front end. The tinted version emphasises the motorcycle's distinctive design.

Important installation note

For the STANDARD version (not ADV), correct installation also requires the separately available WRS bracket with code BM204A.

Unless otherwise specified, all screws must be tightened to a torque of 3 Nm.
