MALOSSI aluminum cylinder for Vespa Primavera 4 T 3 V

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder ø 63 pin ø 14 4-stroke is designed for the Vespa Primavera 4 T 3 V in the 2016-2017 model year range. The design combines an aluminum design with a precisely machined cylinder liner and a piston tailored to the cylinder geometry.

The cylinder liner has a silicon carbide coating in electroplated nickel form and crossed smoothing with two diamond passes. Machining is carried out on numerically controlled machine tools. The cylinder-piston connection is designed with a tolerance of 0.05 mm.

Pistons and piston rings

The technical design includes an ultra-compact piston with 3 rings and special piston rings with high sliding properties and high mechanical strength. The piston is made of a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content, low thermal expansion and a tin coating on the sliding surfaces. The design is weight-reduced and reinforced.

Installation is only intended with the designated Force Master 2.1 control unit. This product is intended exclusively for competitions at designated venues in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports associations.
