Sporty lines meet specifically developed aerodynamic properties: The PUIG Z-Racing screen gives the YZF-R6 RACE a distinctive racing character and at the same time improves wind protection for the rider. Its double height and side air channels are designed to control the airflow.

Well thought-out aerodynamics

The Z-Racing screen was tested in the virtual wind tunnel. Their shape directs the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and upper body upwards. Side channels absorb airflow and direct it to the side to reduce air pressure in the shoulder area.

Compared to the original screen, the improvement in aerodynamic protection measured is on average 12.7% with the upper body upright and 61% in the racing position.

• 30mm higher than the original disc

• Made from high-impact acrylic
• Rounded edge with 2mm radius in accordance with the mentioned TÜV safety control
• Fastening with the original screws
• No additional bezels required

PUIG develops and manufactures the disc in Barcelona using modern manufacturing and testing processes. Visual quality control supports checking the shape and surface quality.

Designs for an individual appearance

The Z-Racing disc is available in several versions. You can choose from blue, carbon look, heavily tinted, tinted, black and clear. This means you can choose the sporty design to match the desired appearance of the machine.
