Independent design for a clear rear

PUIG has specifically tailored the seat cover to the characteristic contours of the MT-09. The aggressive, striking design simplifies the visual lines at the rear and underlines the sporty character of the motorcycle when used solo.

There are three versions to choose from:

  • Glossy black
  • Matt black
  • Carbon look

Robust and lightweight ABS construction

The rear fairing is made of high-quality, durable ABS plastic with a material thickness of 3 mm. Its overall dimensions are 275 mm wide, 320 mm long and 100 mm deep. PUIG develops and produces the component at the location near the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Montmeló.

Quickly switch between solo and pillion mode

The fastening system developed specifically for naked bikes uses elastic tension cords. The cover is positioned on the pillion seat, secured with the elastic elements and fixed appropriately using adjusting screws. The complete unit can then be used like the original pillion seat on the motorcycle.

The pre-assembled brackets form a functional unit with the cover. This means that the rear fairing can be quickly attached for solo use and can be removed just as quickly if required for a pillion seat. At the same time, the design is designed to make unauthorized removal more difficult.
