The transparent MRA Varioscreen “VM” with spoiler is designed as a two-part windshield for the Yamaha FJR 1300 A (RP 08), built in 2003. Its adjustable structure allows adjustment to the sitting position and supports an individually tailored alignment of the upper pane area.

Function and structure

The height of the upper or front part of the Varioscreen can be adjusted by up to 5 cm. This allows the position of the disc to be tailored to the needs of the respective driver. A specially designed air opening at the bottom of the front part of the window directs air behind the window in a controlled manner.

The design is designed to significantly reduce wind pressure without creating excessive additional air resistance or disruptive turbulence. The integrated spoiler complements the two-part windshield structure.
