PUIG touring screen for the VOGE 900DSX

More aerodynamic protection for extended tours: The PUIG touring screen was developed for the VOGE 900DSX [2025]. Its 460 mm high and 380 mm wide contour protrudes 100 mm beyond the original screen and combines functional air flow with a design tailored to the adventure bike.

Well thought-out visibility and airflow

The upper area has a completely flat central surface that supports a clear view through the lens. The side shapes in the lower area specifically direct the wind away from the hands. Integrated hexagonal deflectors not only characterize the unique design, but also optimize the air flow.

Aerodynamically developed

The shape was developed using virtual wind tunnel studies. According to detailed aerodynamic studies, the touring screen reduces the air pressure acting on the driver by 0.9 kg compared to the original screen. This corresponds to an improvement in protection of 64 percent and can contribute to less strain, particularly on long journeys and at higher speeds.

High quality CN acrylic

PUIG manufactures the touring screen in Barcelona from high-quality, UV-resistant CN acrylic with a material thickness of 4 mm. Rounded edges increase safety and at the same time ensure a clean finish.

Assembly and documentation

The touring screen is mounted using the original screws. Customization is designed to be simple and intuitive; Assembly takes approximately 15 minutes. To ensure safe operation, the tightness of the screws should be checked regularly.
