POLINI HT racing clutch with Z=23 and helical teeth

The POLINI racing clutch is designed for use in the Vespa Vespa 125 from the 1977–1982 construction period. This version has a gear ring with Z=23 and a helical pinion. This allows the coupling to be assigned to the corresponding primary toothing.

Function and construction

The HT clutch works in the opposite way: the unit connected to the crankshaft is the inner hub, while the outer bell does not perform this function. The construction is intended for racing use and supports efficient power transmission.
