POLINI carburetor fuel system Ø30 mm for Vespa PX T 5

The POLINI fuel system is assigned to the Vespa PX T 5 built between 1985 and 1993. It combines a large universal Ø30 CP carburettor with a reed valve, forming a complete fuel system for Vespa PX 125/150 with Ø30.

Function and structure

Compared to the original fuel system, the POLINI system is designed to be more powerful. The finned manifold allows a larger carburettor to be accommodated in the Vespa. In addition, it allows the engine to be used even if the intake valve is worn.

Technical features

POLINI checks the fuel level in the bowl of each individual CP carburettor. The aim of this control is to ensure consistent parameters of the gasification regulations. This supports consistent coordination within the intended fuel system.

Suitable for Vespa PX T 5, years 1985-1993. The design of the system is described for Ø30 and the fuel system of the Vespa PX 125/150.
