Malossi H20 I-Tech cylinder set with Ø 63 mm for Vespa GTS Super 125

The H20 I-Tech cylinder set from Malossi is intended for the VESPA GTS SUPER 125 built in 2017-2018. With a bore of Ø 63 mm, 58.7 mm stroke and 183 cm³ displacement, it offers a clearly defined technical basis for competitive engine design. The compression ratio is 11.48.

The ultra-compact, lightweight and reinforced piston features three rings. It is made from a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content, which has low thermal expansion. The sliding surfaces have a tin coating. The piston is also machined on numerically controlled machine tools and has improved heat exchange surfaces.

  • First ring: compression ring made of nitrided and chrome-plated steel
  • Second ring: special cast iron
  • Wiper ring: three-piece, made of special chrome-plated steel alloy

The special rings are designed for high sliding properties and very high mechanical resistance.
