Triumph Tiger 800 XR [2015-2017] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Precise control with coordinated ergonomics

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Lever Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever blade can deflect upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring and bearing hold the lever securely in its intended position while driving. It can then be reset manually.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo brake lever is designed for two-finger operation. Due to its shorter shape, the end of the ball is closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. There is also a defined snap point at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for different finger lengths

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and holder connections made from billet aluminum
• CNC-machined recesses on the back reduce weight while maintaining strength
• CNC machined stainless steel clevis pins and locking clips
• Black anodized lever blades and holder connections
• Evotech Performance logos on levers and brackets

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely hold the standard components. This allows the existing clutch and brake components to be neatly integrated into the lever set.
