PUIG touring screen for the Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro

The larger PUIG touring screen was developed to effectively relieve the driver of the TRIUMPH TIGER 1200 RALLY PRO [2025] from the wind. Its angular shape echoes the character of the Maxi Trail model, while the flat upper section supports a clear field of vision.

Targeted diversion of the airstream

The side edges guide the air diagonally outwards and direct the flow past the driver in a controlled manner. According to a comparison study, the aerodynamic protection increases by 86% compared to the original screen. In the helmet area, the protection increases from 41% to 100%, which means 3.1kg less pressure on the rider.

4mm thick CN acrylic

PUIG develops and manufactures the touring screen in Barcelona from high-quality, 4mm thick CN acrylic. The material offers UV protection, high resistance and clear visibility. The rounded contour end has a radius of 2 mm and meets the requirements of the German TÜV regulations.
