PUIG R-Racer screen for the TRIUMPH DAYTONA 660

The PUIG R-Racer lens is based on the tall lens shapes from MotoGP and WorldSBK and was developed for improved aerodynamic protection. It retains the basic shape of the original windscreen, but rises significantly higher and thus relieves the helmet and upper body of the wind.

More height and aerodynamic relief

With a height of 395 mm, the R-Racer disc is 70 mm taller than the original. In the aerodynamic study, it reduced the air pressure acting on the driver by 0.7 kg compared to the original windshield. This represents a 42 percent improvement in aerodynamic efficiency and can increase comfort and endurance, particularly at higher speeds.

Durable high-performance acrylic

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, the disc is made from 3mm thick, high-impact acrylic. The material is light, durable, UV-resistant and resistant to impacts and scratches. Rounded edges and optimal visibility complement the functional design.

Designs and handling

The R-Racer lens is available in clear, tinted, heavily tinted, black and matt black. Assembly is possible without any special mechanical knowledge. To ensure a permanently secure fit, we recommend checking the screws regularly.

Approval and review

The window is tested by the German TÜV; There is also an ABE document. Before use, please check whether your specific vehicle version is covered by the scope of the ABE.
