Sporty lines, targeted aerodynamic relief and a precisely manufactured construction: The PUIG Z-Racing screen gives the 2025 Triumph Bonneville T 120 Black a striking racing character and combines this with functional wind protection.

Well thought-out aerodynamics

The double height directs the wind over the helmet and the upper part of the upper body. Side channels direct the air flow to the outside and thus reduce the air pressure in the shoulder area. PUIG tested the lens in the virtual wind tunnel and designed it to improve the drag coefficient and protection for the driver.

• On average 12.7% more aerodynamic protection with an upright upper body position compared to the original lens
• 61% more aerodynamic protection in racing position
• 30 mm higher than the original disc

Dimensions and construction

The disc, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, is made of 3 mm thick, highly impact-resistant acrylic. Its 2 mm thick rounded edge meets the relevant safety controls of the German TÜV. An optical inspection system supports quality control during production.
