PUIG R-Racer screen for the Triumph Bonneville T 120 Black

The PUIG R-Racer disc combines competition-tested development with precise manufacturing. It is intended for the Triumph Bonneville T 120 Black from the 2025 model year and is 30 mm higher than the original screen. This means it is designed to direct the wind more strongly over the helmet and shoulders.

Dimensions and construction

The disc measures 370 x 250 mm and is 3 mm thick. It is made in Barcelona from highly impact-resistant acrylic. A rounded edge of 2 mm complements the stable, lightweight and durable design and complies with the safety controls of the German TÜV.

Developed from racing

PUIG developed the R-Racer line based on many years of experience in motorcycle racing, including collaboration with teams from MotoGP and WorldSBK. The shape was tested in a virtual wind tunnel to improve the aerodynamic coefficient compared to the standard windshield. At the same time, the window is designed for a clear view and an aerodynamically efficient driving position.

Color variants

The R-Racer disc is available in several versions. Depending on the desired look, you can choose from heavily tinted, tinted, black, red or clear.

Quality control and ABE

During quality control, an artificial image processing system is used to check the shape and condition of the pane. An ABE document is available for this product. Please check its scope carefully with regard to your motorcycle and the selected version.
