Precise control for clutch and brake

The Evotech Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Folding mechanism and short brake lever design

• The clutch lever can deflect upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle to reduce the risk of breakage.
• A tensioned spring and bearing hold the clutch lever securely in its normal position.
• The short brake lever ends closer to the vehicle and is therefore less exposed.
• A defined breaking point at the ball end of the brake lever complements the design protection features.

Individually adjustable

Both levers have a six-way reach adjustment. Milled markings indicate selected position; The typical adjustment range is 17 mm at the center of the lever with a tolerance of ± 1 mm.

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever blades and holder holders are made from solid aluminum material.
• Milling on the back reduces weight without sacrificing the required strength.
• CNC machined clevis pins and locking clips are made of stainless steel.
• Black anodized levers and holder mounts meet red anodized reach adjusters.
• The dimensions of the ball ends correspond to the legal requirements.

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder holders are designed to precisely hold the standard components. This means that the original components can be neatly integrated into the lever set.
