AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection made of 8 mm HDPE

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection was developed for the Sherco 300 SCF from 2019 to 2020. Its construction provides continuous protection for the engine area and extends from the frame to the bottom of the footrests.

Well thought-out protection for motor and deflection

The underrun protection is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with a material thickness of 8 mm. The component is extended up to the shock absorber deflection and includes this area in the protection concept. Below the deflection, a double thickness of material provides additional reinforcement; The reinforcement element provided for this purpose is included.

Testing under extreme conditions

The skid plate was tested and approved by Wade Young of the Sherco Factory Team after a year of testing under “Hard/Extreme” conditions. This means that the design is specifically designed for comprehensive protection in demanding enduro use.
