TOP PERFORMANCES cylinder kit for the Rieju RS 3, built in 2013

The TOP PERFORMANCES cylinder kit is a racing piston-cylinder unit for the Rieju RS 3 of the full 2013 model year range. With a diameter of 49.5 mm, 44 mm stroke and 85 cc displacement, it is designed for the maxi kit racing concept.

• Cylinder made of aluminum in special MINACROM casting with added chrome
• Racing pistons with a high silicon content
• Piston ring made of chrome-plated steel, 1 mm thick
• Piston pin Ø 12 x 42 mm and roller bearing Ø 12 x 15 x 15 mm
• Bore: 49.5mm; Stroke: 44mm; Displacement: 85 cc
• Squish: 0.9 ± 0.1
• Control diagram: exhaust 191°, transfer ports 132°
• Compression ratio geometrically 14.7:1, actual 8:1
• Recommended ignition point: 17° or 1 mm before TDC

Scope of delivery

The set includes cylinder, piston, piston ring, piston pin, roller bearing, two retaining rings, combustion chamber and combustion chamber cover. The scope of delivery is supplemented by the O-rings provided, a reduction for the temperature sensor, plug, aluminum gasket, cylinder base gasket and a reducing bushing for the exhaust from Ø 28 to Ø 25 mm.

Important note on use

The cylinder kit may only be used together with the crankshaft intended for it. The vehicle assignment applies to the Rieju RS 3, built in 2013.
