Electronic control for the Piaggio Liberty 150 IE

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 is an electronic control for I-Tech 4-stroke cylinders. It allows the injection to be adapted to Malossi 4-stroke cylinders as well as to original cylinders and offers four different maps.

Functions and maps

• Adjustment of injection in the range of ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed
• Raising the rev limiter by 2,250 rpm: Original 9,250, Malossi 11,500
• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder ø 63 mm and 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder with ø 63 mm and 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder ø 63 mm and 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder with ø 63 mm and 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter

Instructions for use

In conjunction with an O 2 regulator, the Force Master 2 allows complete control of the injection. Both devices manage and optimize the coordination for the processing steps intended by Malossi. The application is intended exclusively with a Malossi cylinder.
