MALOSSI cylinder kit Ø 63 for Lml Star 150 2 T Prestige

The MALOSSI cylinder kit gray cast iron Ø 63 is designed for the Lml Star 150 2 T Prestige from the entire 2009-2016 model year range. The bore of 63 mm and the displacement of 178 cm3 form the basis for the revised cylinder technology with internal fluid dynamics.

Function and construction

The profiled transfer channels align the inlet flow and support high turbulence. The rear transfer channels work with a double slope profile (1-2). The outlet has also been redesigned with a newly designed profile for the gas flow towards the exhaust. The two-ring piston Ø 63 is designed for the thermal conditions in the combustion chamber and supports uniform guidance in the liner.
