Aluminum cylinder kit for Lml Star 125 Vintage

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit ø 63 aluminum CVF2 pin ø 15 Sport is designed for the Lml Star 125 Vintage from the 2013-2017 model year range. The design combines a cylinder made of high-strength aluminum alloy with a cylinder liner and nickel-chrome coating. The cylinder diameter is 63 mm.

Design and connection details

The connection to the exhaust is made via a flange. The flange is attached to the cylinder with four cap screws; an O-ring seal seals the connection to the exhaust. The connection concept is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. To adapt the compression to different applications, a basic set of seals with different thicknesses is included in the kit.
