MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit Ø 63 for the LML Star 125

The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit Ø 63 aluminum CVF2 pin Ø 15 Sport is designed as a specially developed cylinder kit for a resilient and flow-efficient engine design. The cylinder is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy and has a cylinder liner with a nickel-chrome coating.

Design and connections

The connection to the silencer is made via a flange connection set with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The system is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. To adapt the compression to different uses, a basic set of gaskets of different thicknesses is included in the kit.
