KTM RC 125 [2014-2021] - Evo clutch and short brake lever set

Precise lever control for the KTM RC 125

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards to reduce the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring and bearing hold it securely in position during normal operation. The lever can then be manually returned to its original position.

Short Evo brake lever

The non-folding short brake lever is designed for operation with two fingers. Due to its shorter length, the end of the ball is closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable

• Six positions to adjust the grip width to different finger lengths
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters on both levers

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and connections to the bracket mounts are milled from solid aluminum and anodized black. Millings on the backs reduce the weight without unnecessarily compromising the structural strength.

Assembly

The model-specific CNC-milled mounts are designed for precise assembly and the adoption of the intended original components. After installation, both levers can be adjusted to the desired grip width using their respective six-way adjusters.
