RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests for KTM 525 SX RACING

The RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with grippy, wear-resistant titanium teeth. The concept was developed by the in-house R&D team and together with RFX-sponsored riders. The construction supports stable support and controlled driving under demanding conditions.

Function and construction

• Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium teeth provide grip and wear resistance.
• The titanium teeth are interchangeable, allowing individual teeth to be replaced instead of entire sets.
• Thicker than previous steel teeth, the design is designed to reduce wear on the boot.
• The base is made of CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and is hard anodized.
• The weld-free design combines a clear look with a lightweight construction.
