Function and construction

• The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and hard anodized.
• Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium is used for the replaceable teeth.
• The titanium teeth are thicker than their steel predecessors and therefore reduce wear on the boot.
• If wear occurs, the titanium teeth can be replaced individually instead of replacing the entire set.
• The weld-free construction combines the strength of titanium with the clean design of an aluminum footrest.
