The PROX forged piston is designed as a replacement piston for the KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition in the 2013-2021 model year range. The design combines a forged aluminum piston with a standard piston compression and a compression ratio of 12.6:1.

Function and execution

ProX manufactures the pistons with precision on CNC systems. A piston alloy with low expansion and low friction is used for the pistons. The piston set is designed for 4T applications and supports the replacement of the original piston within the specified vehicle allocation.
