RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests for KTM 450 EXC-F SIX Days

The RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with robust titanium teeth. This creates a footrest solution for demanding driving conditions where secure grip and controlled vehicle control are required.

Function and construction

The replaceable teeth are made of Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium. Their greater strength compared to their steel predecessors supports grip and reduces wear on the boot. If the individual titanium teeth become worn, they can be replaced instead of replacing the entire footrest.

The base is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and then hard anodized. The construction combines the strength of titanium with the clean design of an aluminum footrest. The weld-free design underlines the clean design.
