RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests for KTM 450 EXC F

The RFX Pro Series footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with durable titanium teeth. The profile supports secure grip and controlled foot positions when reliable grip is required when riding in difficult conditions.

Function and construction

The footpegs were developed by the in-house R&D team and worked on together with RFX-sponsored riders. Its base is CNC machined and made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. The subsequent hard anodization supports high wear resistance and complements the clear, weld-free look of the construction.

Replaceable teeth made of Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium are used for contact with the boot. The stronger design of the teeth compared to their steel predecessors helps reduce boot wear. If the titanium teeth become worn, they can be replaced individually, meaning the notch can be used as a cost-effective solution over the long term.
