AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection for the KTM 300 XC

The Enduro Xtrem underrun protection from AXP protects the engine area of the KTM 300 XC with an 8 mm thick plate made of high density polyethylene (HDPE). The construction was developed for demanding enduro and extreme use conditions and covers the underbody throughout.

Function and protection area

• Complete protection of the engine from contact with off-road obstacles
• Extended design to protect the shock absorber linkage
• Double material thickness below the linkage thanks to an included reinforcement part
• Continuous protection from the frame to the bottom of the footrests
• New design and new manufacturing process

Vehicle assignment

The underrun protection is intended for the KTM 300 XC, built between 2017 and 2018. This assignment supports the selection of the appropriate protective part for the specified vehicle and the entire model year range.

Testing in extreme conditions

The protection concept was tested and approved by Wade Young from the Sherco Factory Team after a year of testing under “Hard / Extreme” conditions.
