PRO CIRCUIT silencer for KTM 250 XCTPI

The PRO CIRCUIT silencer was developed as a full race silencer for two-stroke engines. Its compact design is suitable for use on the racetrack and combines a functional design with service-friendly details.

Function and construction

• The silencer housing is made of brushed 6061 T6 aluminum.
• A 304 stainless steel inlet pipe supports the robust design.
• Double-walled mounting brackets are designed for a resilient mounting construction.
• The welds are carried out using TIG and MIG processes.
• The internal E-Glass insulation is designed for long pack life.

Maintenance-friendly details

Hex head screws secure the inlet cap and are easily removed for quick insulation replacement. In addition, hexagon socket screws make repacking easier if necessary. This allows the silencer to be serviced for longer product use.
