V-FORCE 4X diaphragm valve system for the KTM 250 XC W

The V-FORCE 4X reed valve system is intended for the 2024 KTM 250 XC W. It combines a functional slat cage design with an installation tailored to the existing oil injection.

Function and benefits

The system can improve throttle response and help increase peak and overall performance. At the same time, it is designed to extend the life of the slats. The slat cage does not require any additional overmolding step. This simplifies the design process, supporting potential cost benefits.

Assembly with the existing oil injection

• The OEM oil injector is used for installation.
• Oil lines do not need to be adjusted.
• No adjustment of the oil injector is required.
• No bleeding is necessary during installation.
