NEWFREN Pro Race clutch kit for KTM 250 XC F

The NEWFREN Pro Race steel and friction disc clutch kit combines specially developed friction discs with matching steel discs for the clutch of the KTM 250 XC F from the 2016-2020 model year range. The Pro Race Line is designed as a high-quality racing product and was developed in collaboration with successful teams from Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP.

Friction material and disc design

The friction material mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. The material design is aimed at a high coefficient of friction and lower compressibility. The special disc design improves oil flow and thereby supports more efficient operation of the clutch. The combination of material and design promotes stable function of the pads even under demanding operating conditions.
