AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection for the KTM 250 SX

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection protects the engine area of the KTM 250 SX during demanding enduro use. The 8 mm thick High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) construction is designed for comprehensive protection and extends from the frame to the bottom of the footrests.

Function and protection area

• Complete protection of the engine area thanks to the continuous design.
• Extended protective plate for additional coverage of the shock absorber deflection.
• Double material thickness below the deflection for a reinforced protective section.
• A reinforcement part for the area under the deflection is included in the scope of delivery.
• Executed in black.

The design and manufacturing process have been redeveloped. The skid plate was tested and approved by Wade Young (Sherco Factory Team) after a year-long test under “Hard/Extreme” conditions.

The reinforcement supplied supplements the double protection area under the shock absorber deflection and supports the structurally intended cover in this particularly stressed area.
