RFX Pro Clutch Cover for KTM 250 SX 2013-2016

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the KTM 250 SX from the full 2013-2016 model year range. Its 1.5 mm deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100 cm³. This allows the clutch to be operated with a lower oil temperature during long races with frequent clutch use under demanding conditions.

Function and construction

The increased oil capacity, together with the designed oil circulation, supports the cooling and endurance of the clutch. Select models use an inner scoop design that increases oil flow to the center of the basket. The lid is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. This allows light, thin areas to be connected with high strength and durability.
