BOYESEN wheel membrane block for KTM 250 EXC Factory Edition

The BOYESEN wheel membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the KTM 250 EXC Factory Edition from the years 2011-2015. Its design combines a flow-optimized inner surface with a 4-way diffuser that guides the intake air in a targeted manner and is intended to avoid pressure losses.

Function and construction

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum. The variable flexibility of the model-specific membrane plates supports coordinated opening behavior over several stages. As a result, the system is designed to optimize intake air flows as well as engine torque, elasticity and performance.
