Short levers for controlled operation

The Evotech Performance Evo lever set was developed model-specifically for the Kawasaki ZZR600. The lever blades, which are shorter than the original levers, offer a usable width of around 55 mm and are designed for operation with two gloved fingers.

Deeply rounded edges along the levers support comfortable handling. The short design also reduces the likelihood of the levers hitting and breaking when they come into contact with a solid object.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on clutch and brake levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever

• Defined snap point at the end of the ball

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and mounting brackets are milled from solid aluminum and anodized black. Millings on the backs reduce the weight without sacrificing structural strength. CNC-manufactured holders enable the precise transfer of the standard components.

Machined hinge pins and safety clips are made of stainless steel. Depending on the side of the lever, the necessary components for piston adjustment and spring tension are also part of the design.

Assembly

The set replaces the standard clutch and brake levers. Basic tools are sufficient for assembly. The model-specific milled mounts are designed to accept the original components; In addition, Evotech Performance provides video assembly instructions.

Compatibility

Suitable for the Kawasaki ZZR600 from 2005 to 2009. The lever set is not universal, but is tailored to the vehicle-specific mounts as well as clutch and brake light switches.
