Precise lever control for the Kawasaki ZX636R

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded lever edges support comfortable operation and a controlled grip.

Folding mechanism and short brake lever design

The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid object and can then be manually returned to its starting position. A tensioned spring and a bearing keep it securely in position while driving.

The short brake lever positions its ball end closer to the vehicle and further away from the end of the handlebars. In addition, it has a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a deviation of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for different finger lengths

Machined aluminum construction

• Lever and holder connections milled from solid aluminum material
• Millings on the back reduce the weight while maintaining strength
• CNC-manufactured stainless steel hinge pins and locking elements

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely hold the required original components. Installation should be carried out professionally and in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
