Sporty lines, precise integration and functional wind protection: The PUIG New Generation Sport windshield specifically upgrades the HUSQVARNA VITPILEN 401 from 2025. Its flat top edge supports good visibility, while the deeper sides are intended to direct the airflow past your hands. The middle area fits harmoniously around the tachometer.

Shape and dimensions

The windshield measures 355 mm in height and 315 mm in width. It protrudes vertically 200 mm above the tachometer. The shape combines a flat upper contour with side areas for targeted air drainage and a center that is tailored to the instrument unit.

High-quality design from Barcelona

PUIG manufactures the New Generation Sport windshield in Barcelona from high-quality, 4 mm thick acrylic material. The 2 mm thick metal holders have double weather protection thanks to a cataphoresis treatment and a structured black finish. PUIG thus combines its experience as a specialist in motorcycle components with a technically well-thought-out and visually harmonious design.

Assembly and documentation

The assembly is designed to be uncomplicated and is estimated to take around 30 minutes. If there is an original OEM fairing on the motorcycle, it must be removed first. To ensure a permanently correct fit, we recommend checking the screw connections regularly.
