AXP Xtrem underrun protection with linkage protection for the Husqvarna TE 300

The AXP Xtrem underrun protection protects the engine block, the side engine housing and the frame of the Husqvarna TE 300 during enduro use. The version with integrated linkage protection covers the relevant areas under the motorcycle and forms a continuous protection solution for the lower area of the vehicle.

Function and construction

The underrun protection is made of PE-HD with a thickness of 8mm. The material is cut and shaped using heat. Manufacture as a one-piece, thermoformed component supports a consistent design without composite protective segments. Compared to aluminum with a thickness of 4mm, the underrun protection is 40% lighter.

Assembly and scope of delivery

The assembly is carried out on the OEM brackets, without drilling and without modifications to the motorcycle. A hardware kit and instructions are included. This allows the underrun protection to be attached to the intended vehicle using the installation information provided.
