BOYESEN wheel valve for the HUSQVARNA TC 125

The BOYESEN wheel valve is tailored to the HUSQVARNA TC 125 built between 2017 and 2022. Its design optimizes the air supply in the intake system and combines a flow-efficient internal geometry with model-specific membrane tongues.

Function and construction

• The valve body is made of 100% aluminum.
• Aerodynamically designed inner surfaces support even flow guidance.
• Quadruple aerodynamic flow dividers distribute the incoming charge stream evenly and without loss of flow.
• The model-specific, variable tension of the membrane tongues is tailored to the model, year of manufacture and displacement.
• The membrane tongues are made of aerospace carbon material, are rubber coated and fuel resistant. This supports a permanently reliable seal.

Technical features

The RC2 series wheel valve is designed for an efficiently working intake system. The design is aimed at optimized intake performance as well as possible gains in peak performance and acceleration of the respective machine.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

Suitable for the HUSQVARNA TC 125, built between 2017 and 2022. A clamp for the carburettor connection and a gasket are included in the scope of delivery. No modifications are required for assembly.
