PROX forged pistons for the HUSQVARNA FE 250

The PROX forged piston is designed to replace the original piston of the HUSQVARNA FE 250. Production takes place on modern CNC systems. An aluminum alloy with low expansion and low friction is used.

Function and execution

The forged piston design combines the specified aluminum material design with a flat crown, a raised top part and four valve pockets. The piston is designed for standard compression and has a compression ratio of 14.4:1. As a 4T version, it is specified for the corresponding four-stroke engine use.
