AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection for the Husqvarna FC 250

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection protects the engine block, the side engine housing and the frame of the Husqvarna FC 250. The PE-HD version with 8 mm thickness is designed for use on enduro motorcycles and forms a continuous protection solution for the areas mentioned.

Function and construction

The underrun protection is manufactured as a one-piece component using the thermoforming process. The high-density polyethylene is cut and thermoformed. The construction is 40% lighter than aluminum and has no shock memory or vibrations. The production is carried out by hand in France.
