The V-FORCE V-Force 4R membrane block is designed for the Husqvarna CR 125 from the 2000-2001 model year range. As part of the intake system, it supports more efficient mixture delivery than original reed valves and is designed for higher engine performance and more responsive throttle response.

Function and structure

The membrane leaf system uses a resin matrix with carbon fiber and a coordinated layer structure. Pre-curved membrane blades improve sealing at the blade tip. The wider membrane cage supports higher airflow, while the additional aerodynamic shape at the cage tip increases air speed on the outer channels.
