AXP underrun protection made of 8 mm PE-HD for the Husqvarna 701 Supermoto

The AXP underrun protection protects central and exposed components on the underside of the Husqvarna 701 Supermoto. The version made of 8 mm thick PE-HD covers the engine block, engine housing, deflection, water pump and master brake cylinder and thus supports protection when driving on unpaved surfaces.

Protection and material

PE-HD absorbs impacts, does not generate vibrations and reduces the noise of impacting stones. With a weight of 2 kg, the underrun protection is around 30-40% lighter than aluminum. The blue version combines the technical protective function with a clearly recognizable color.

Assembly and maintenance

For maintenance work, the underrun protection can be quickly installed and removed using 3 screws. The required mounting materials and screws are included in the scope of delivery.
