The complete front wheel from HAAN WHEELS is designed for the Honda CRF 450 R from the 2021-2027 model year range. With its MX version and black rim, it is suitable for use in motocross.

The front wheel combines a precisely manufactured wheel component with selected materials and a clearly coordinated color design. The red hub, silver spokes and red spoke nipples add a striking accent to the black rim.

Components and manufacturing

HAAN WHEELS uses RK-Excel rims made from Japanese-made 7000 series aluminum alloy on its wheels. The machined, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and are manufactured in the Netherlands on CNC machines. Anodization supports the available color design of the hubs.

According to the manufacturer, stainless steel spokes made from a special stainless steel mixture offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized 7075 aluminum Koyo bearings and spacers are designed for smooth operation and high durability. The bike is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
