Function and design

The clutch kit can be used with OE clutch baskets, OE inner hubs and OE pressure plates. This makes it suitable for applications in which existing original components are to be combined with a HINSON clutch set.

HINSON developed the set and recommends it to support improved performance of HINSON clutch baskets, inner hubs and pressure plates. The design is aimed at optimal engagement with as little heat as possible. These properties combine a defined function with the possibility of reusing existing OE components in the clutch configuration.
