The BOYESEN membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake system for the Honda CR 250 R (ME 03) built in 2002. Its design combines an optimized internal surface with a 4-way diffuser to specifically guide the intake air flows and avoid pressure losses.

Function and construction

The block is made of 100% aluminum. The interior surfaces are designed to ensure air flow in an efficient manner. Variable flexibility and a model-specific design of the membrane plates support the responsiveness of the intake system over several opening levels.

Technical features

The hydrocarbon-resistant membrane plates are designed for longer seal life.
