Sporty lines meet specifically developed aerodynamic properties: The PUIG Z-Racing screen gives the Honda CBR 650 R [2025] a striking racing character and combines this with functional wind protection. Its double height directs airflow over the helmet and upper torso area, while side channels direct air to the outside.

PUIG manufactures the disc using modern production processes and checks its shape as part of the quality inspection using an optical inspection system. The result is a lightweight, durable and long-lasting motorcycle component. The rounded edge meets the relevant safety controls of the German TÜV.

Tested in the virtual wind tunnel

The Z-Racing line was developed with a balance between sporty form, function and comfort in mind. The screen was tested in the virtual wind tunnel for an improvement in drag coefficient and aerodynamic protection compared to the original model.

The measured improvement in aerodynamic protection averages 12.7% with the upper body upright and 61% in the racing position. The double height directs the wind away from the upper body area; Side channels direct the airflow to the outside to reduce air pressure in the shoulder area.

Six versions to choose from

The lens is available in carbon look, heavily tinted, tinted, black, red or clear. This means that the sporty design can be selected to match the individual appearance of the motorcycle.
