The HINSON clutch hub is cut from a high quality aluminum block and designed for use in extreme conditions in the MX and SX range. Their production combines thermal treatment with subsequent anodization. This gives the component high hardness and resistance.

Function and execution

The clutch scar is tailored to the loads that occur during takeoffs and jump impacts. HINSON tests the components under these conditions to check their resilience in practical use. The design is also more resistant to wear and marks caused by clutch and friction disks.
